The Whidbey Scenic Isle Way is a state designated scenic byway.  Starting from Clinton and ending at Deception Pass, this region is breathtaking and packed full of wonderful vantage points for photography, hiking or anything that you love to do outdoors. On the way there are lots of quaint towns and community to explore.
